Mother-of-three Chelsea Clinton has slammed Jay-Z's lackluster reaction to wife Beyoncé proudly showing off her post-baby body in her Netflix documentary, with the first daughter hitting out at the rapper for his lack of 'enthusiasm' and praise.

The 39-year-old criticism of the rapper came in an interview with The Cut, where she about her life following the 2016 election and what she has been focusing on in terms of her career.

During the interview, Beyoncé's Homecoming documentary was mentioned, specifically the scene where the singer was overjoyed to fit into her old costume again after giving birth to her twins: Rumi and Sir.

The scene showed Beyoncé proudly showing off her hard-earned figure to Jay-Z over FaceTime, which he simply smiled and said, 'All right.'

That response, in Clinton's option, was unacceptable.

'And I said, "Marc, if that's ever me, you better have more enthusiasm,"' Clinton said mentioning her husband of nine years.

'It wasn't the "I'm so proud of you. That's amazing" that I arguably think any woman deserves, particularly someone who has clearly worked herself body, mind, heart, soul, and spirit to get to that place.'

She continued: 'Marc was like, "Duly noted." And I was like, "I bet every woman watching this has this sense of She deserves more enthusiasm. Marc was like, "I got it. Can we go back to watching it, please? We've talked about it three times in the last 90 seconds."'

Chelsea resonated with Beyoncé in that moment as she was pregnant with her  her son Jasper, now-three months old, when watching the documentary.

There can be pressure for women to bounce back with their bodies quickly, and Chelsea thought partners should be supportive during that time.

Chelsea herself knows what it is like to welcome three children - although arguably not twins. The former first daughter gave birth to her third baby, and second son, Jasper in July.

Her eldest child, daughter Charlotte, was born in September 2014, while her middle child, son Aidan, was born in June 2016.

Happy: 'This is a serious accomplishment because I did not think I¿d be able to get back into my old costume,' Beyoncé said during the scene

Prior to the FaceTime conversation in her Netflix documentary, Beyoncé was heard gushing in the documentary about her work to get her body back just before the Coachella performance in 2018.

Beyoncé went on a plant-based diet for 44 days, which was created by Marco Borges, exercise physiologist and founder of 22 Days Nutrition.

The diet eliminated all meats, fish, alcohol, breads, carbs, and sugars from her diet in order to drop the baby weight.

'This is a serious accomplishment because I did not think I'd be able to get back into my old costume. I'm actually in it and I can still move. I still have a ways to go, but this makes me feel good, 'cause I've been sacrificing and working hard,' Beyoncé said during the documentary.

When Jay-Z came on the FaceTime, the singer bragged about how the costume 'zipped', which was then when he offered his unenthusiastic smile and response.

The former first daughter was not the only woman who thought Jay-Z's response was lackluster. A female with Beyoncé during the FaceTime also commented on the moment.

'Why aren't guys as excited?' The woman asked while Beyoncé just shook her head.

Despite this moment in the documentary, Chelsea did say she 'loved' Homecoming.

It's been two years since Beyoncé and Jay-Z welcomed their twins, Rumi and Sir Carter, to the world. But we've hardly seen any photos of them.

Today (Sept. 20), the 38-year-old mother shared photos highlighting her 37th year on her website, amongst those were some adorable never-before-seen flicks of the trio from last Halloween that has everyone cooing.

Bey dressed as the iconic Lisa Bonet (which the BeyHivers just can't get over) and the twins dressed up in attire from Kutula.

See the sweet photo for yourself:

While this may only be the third photo of the darling duo that we've seen thus far, they definitely seem to be used to the life.

The entertainer shared this adorable photo to celebrate the twins turning one-month-old back in July 2017.

A man has been branded a 'genius' for tricking people into registering to vote by tweeting an 'article' about Beyoncé and Jay-Z 'uncoupling'.

Marvyn Harrison, a communications strategist from London, tweeted an image of the Hollywood couple with the caption: 'Beyonce and her 'rapper' husband Jay Z confirm their 'Conscious uncoupling' | via @BBCBreaking.'

But rather than taking social media users through to an article, the link led them to  to the UK government's web page for registering to vote.

Those eligible to vote in the general election on December 12 have until November 26 to register.

Speaking to FEMAIL, Marvyn said he shared the tweet in the hopes of encouraging more people to head to the polls.

He explained: 'I think there is an apathy around this election, many are exhausted and tuning out from the "always on" of politics.

'I feel we connect to celebrities more than politics and may be forced to blink and think about registering rather than just the news.'

Marvyn, who founded parenting podcast Dope Black Dads, added: 'Who you vote for is personal and you don't need to share why. But registering is a very important part of our democracy and we should do our part.

'Let's have our voices heard and move together as a united country on to more important things.'

Despite the false information, most social media users loved Marvyn's tweet and praised his 'genius' idea

'You got me. Finally registered though', one person admitted, as another said: 'How to use click-bait for the greater good.'

A second added: 'Under any other circumstances I would have been p***** that this was fake. But this is for a noble reason.'

'And the Oscar goes to... You!', a third joked.
